Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices to clients using advanced invoicing software.
• Payment Management: Monitor payment systems to track incoming payments, manage discrepancies, and reconcile accounts.
• Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to identify trends, ensure billing accuracy, and optimize processes.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and generating regular financial reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing and invoicing workflows, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in billing and invoicing processes.
• Technical Skills:
