Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production and Assembly Specialist to oversee assembly line operations, ensure high-quality product testing, and optimize manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in production environments and a proven ability to maintain efficiency and quality in manufacturing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly Line Operations:
• Supervise and manage the assembly line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the assembly process to minimize downtime.
2. Product Testing and Quality Control:
• Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Implement quality assurance procedures to detect and address defects.
• Prepare detailed reports on product performance and testing outcomes.
3. Manufacturing Processes Optimization:
• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop innovative solutions.
4. Inventory and Resource Management:
• Ensure adequate supply of materials and components for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
5. Team Collaboration and Training:
• Work closely with production staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
• Train and mentor team members on assembly techniques and quality standards.
