Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TensorFlow, Python, and data science, with a proven track record of delivering innovative AI/ML projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML):

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and AI techniques.
• Continuously optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• TensorFlow Expertise:
• Leverage TensorFlow to build and fine-tune machine learning models.
• Implement deep learning frameworks and neural networks for predictive analytics.
• Ensure efficient model deployment in production environments.
• Python Programming:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for AI/ML applications.
• Integrate machine learning pipelines with existing systems and APIs.
• Use Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for data pre-processing and analysis.
• Data Science:
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Design and implement data pipelines for pre-processing, transformation, and visualization.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration.
• Collaboration and Innovation:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in AI/ML initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and data science.
• Proficiency in Tensor Flow and Python programming.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and MLOps practices.
• Expertise in data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
