Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and leveraging HR software to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management and Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the organizations goals.
• Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Conduct workforce planning to ensure the organizations talent needs are met.
• Recruitment:
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
• Employee Engagement:
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Organize programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct employee surveys and use insights to improve retention and engagement strategies.
• HR Software and Technology:
• Leverage HR software and tools to automate and streamline HR operations.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR data.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 9+ years of progressive experience in HR management.
• Proven expertise in recruitment and employee engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in using HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
