Role Overview:

• We are looking for a skilled Employee Training Specialist to design, implement, and manage corporate training programs that enhance staff development and improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creating impactful training initiatives tailored to diverse employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Training Program Development:

• Design and implement training programs to address skill gaps and improve overall performance.
• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with organizational objectives.
• Corporate Training Delivery:
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with external trainers or consultants for specialized training needs.
• Staff Development:
• Support employee career development by implementing personalized learning plans.
• Mentor and coach employees to align their career goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of development programs on employee performance.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration:
• Manage the organizations LMS platform, ensuring it is updated and fully functional.
• Track and analyse training metrics and generate reports to assess training effectiveness.
• Maintain a database of training resources and ensure accessibility to employees.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
• Partner with HR and leadership to align training initiatives with strategic goals.
• Stay updated on the latest training trends, tools, and technologies.
• Gather employee feedback to refine and improve training programs continuously.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in employee training and development.
• Strong expertise in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools and platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
