Overview

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the performance of our Paid and Organic marketing campaigns through deep data analysis, visualization, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven marketing, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

You will be working with platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, youll collaborate with the Customer Success Team to align marketing strategies with customer feedback and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and web analytics tools (GA4) to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
• Develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Collaborate with the Paid and Organic marketing teams to deliver actionable insights for strategy enhancement, targeting, budget allocation, and content optimization.
• Integrate customer feedback into marketing analysis and identify ways to enhance the customer journey.
• Perform detailed analysis of ad campaigns, including keyword performance, audience segmentation, and conversion data, to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, manage, and evaluate A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
• Continuously monitor and optimize conversion rates, CTRs, CPCs, and other performance KPIs.
• Provide support for forecasting, performance modeling, and budget tracking to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
• Implement and manage tracking/analytics using Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data capture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and well-structured reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in data analysis, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Search Console.
• Expertise in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking implementation.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Data visualization experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
• Knowledge:
• A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
• Digital marketing metrics and performance optimization techniques.
