Assistant Vice President - Information Security (10-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and security audits to identify potential threats.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).

- Lead incident response and mitigation strategies for security breaches.

- Oversee network security, endpoint protection, and data security protocols.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into all projects.

- Conduct security awareness training for employees.

- Manage third-party risk assessments and vendor security compliance.

Skills & Requirements :

- Mandatory security certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.

- Experience in SIEM, firewall management, cloud security, and endpoint protection.

- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, threat intelligence, and incident handling.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
