IT Project Coordinator - Jira/Agile Methodologies (3-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are hiring an IT Project Coordinator to assist in planning, tracking, and completing IT projects. The role involves working closely with teams, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. You will also contribute to process improvement and technical oversight to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Assist in planning and organizing IT projects.

- Track project tasks, deadlines, and progress.

- Communicate updates and issues with teams and stakeholders.

- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

- Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.

- Support the deployment of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 3 - 8 years of experience in IT project coordination.

Technical Knowledge :

- Familiarity with SDLC processes.

- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud services.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills :

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Waterfall environment.
