NetSuite Lead - ERP Implementation (3-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite solutions.

- Guide and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.

- Serve as a technical point of contact for NetSuite projects, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

2. NetSuite Development and Customization :

- Oversee customization efforts using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.

- Develop and enhance custom records, fields, workflows, and reports.

- Manage complex integrations with third-party systems using RESTlets, SuiteTalk APIs, and other middleware tools.

3. System Architecture and Optimization :

- Design scalable and efficient NetSuite architectures to meet business objectives.

- Optimize system performance, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.

- Evaluate and recommend tools and solutions to enhance NetSuite functionality.

4. Project Management :

- Lead NetSuite implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and resolve escalations.

5. Documentation and Compliance :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, customizations, and integrations.

- Ensure all development adheres to company standards and compliance requirements.

6. Support and Maintenance :

- Provide technical support for NetSuite applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

- Train internal teams and end-users on custom features and integrations.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, and integration.

- Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk APIs.

- Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Procurement.

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex NetSuite projects.

- Proficiency in integration tools like Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills :

- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or ERP Consultant.

- Experience in data migration and system integration projects.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

- Knowledge of other programming languages like JavaScript, SQL, and JSON.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
