Associate General Manager - Design

JOB PURPOSE

AGM-Design shall be responsible for Building projects across Aerocity thereby responsible for Design Management, Procurement
support & Construction support with high level of operational efficiency, without compromising on safety, quality, time & cost.The
incumbent must align with the corporate development strategy on the real estate development, while running feasibility studies
to support it.

This position reports to VP & Head Design

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Design Management
o Overviewing Design Management for multiple projects.
o Assist in Concept design finalization.
o Responsible for Finalization of Approval packages, Design
Development and Tender documentation.
o Detailed review of design documentation to ensure adherence to
design brief, Concept design, completeness, interfacing with other
internal and external stakeholders.
o Ability to optimize design and present alternate creative, innovative &
cost effective design solutions without affecting design intent.
o Value Engineering
o Ensure zero non-compliance

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

External consultants, PMC, contractors & vendors.

Interacting with government bodies like AAI, Fire Services,
Municipal Authorities, Pollution Control Boards, DUAC etc for
approvals and regulation controls.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Internal stakeholders like Master Planning, Connectivity,
Land, Security, Operations, IT etc for their requirements and
inputs related to planning of ALD projects.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Should have worked on the project worth 400-500 crores over 3 years
Execution of approved projects of approx. 200-300 crores over 3 5 years

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Exposure to coordinating with international consultant s/design firms/PMCs
o Should have worked in teams comprising 10-15 members having multiple skillsets.
o Exposure to multinational work environments and cultures.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Arch
• Working Knowledge of software s like AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

o B Arch / M. Arch ( M. Arch is desirable)
