Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators
Market Research & Benchmarking
Do a periodic scan of key markets to help build and update the information bank on market conditions and relevant / emerging opportunities. Eg:
Detailed analysis of Market Trends, Market Size, share and growth,
Consumer Demographics and preferences and updates related competitors
and insights that inform strategic decision making.
Business Development & Project Support
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business
requirements, ensuring clarity and agreement on project objectives.
Use market analysis to help with business development that aligns with
near-term and long-term objectives
Present research findings, conclusions, and recommendations to internal
stakeholders
Financial modelling and analysis.
Creation of high-quality presentations.
Development of bid proposal documents and other strategic materials
Transaction Execution & Process Improvement
Coordination with external agencies, Consultants, Government representatives, Auditors for stakeholder management in line with respective functionalities.
Co-ordinate with different departments & stakeholders for meetings.
Financial Modeling, Tax concepts and Excel formulas.
Adaptability and Versatility: Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and contribute across multiple
domains. Comfort with working in open-ended situations with no clear precedents or playbooks for way forward.
Owner s and Learner s Mindset: Willingness to take ownership of assigned work and proactively, deploy needed
skills (including tools one has to learn on the job), and engage with relevant internal and external parties to get the work
completed.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and
collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools (MS Excel, Powerpoint). Tableau & Power BI
Bachelor s degree in [Relevant Fields, e. g. , Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related
disciplines].
0-3 years of experience in Consulting, corporate finance roles, banking, strategy office roles.
