Lead - Enterprise IT

JOB PURPOSE

An ITSM (IT Service Management) Associate General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT service management of GMR to ensure that IT services are aligned with the business s needs and are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon service levels for the Unified IT Program:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the IT Service Management framework across Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement within the ITIL framework .
• Drive the implementation of the ITSM framework and COBIT Governance Framework in GMR Group.
• Provide strategic direction and goal-setting for IT strategy and operations .
• Lead cross-process compliance and design coordination within the IT operations team and across the GMR organization .
• Manage the service transformation, metrics, reporting, and the overall IT Service delivery for GMR Group.

Manage ITSM deployment for Unified IT Service Desk Program

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Vendors and Other stakeholders

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with employees (local & Other locations) on a regular basis to understand their needs, be respond to them on all their IT related issues
Interact with Accounts & Finance department for Vendor Payments

Interact with all stakeholders in all processes of ITSM for GMR Group

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Ensure Cost within the AOP

OTHER DIMENSIONS

Handling Outsourced local IT Unified Program for all GMR Locations

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering Degree or equivalent in an IT or similar discipline from an institute recognized by UGC / AICTE

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

08-10 years of work experience in IT preferably in Infrastructure or a related domain. Demonstrable experience in process understanding and process improvement.
Must have strong Communication skills as this position will have direct interaction with senior management
Vendor management & Management of IT Outsourcing Services for an organization a definite advantage
