ORGANISATION CHART
Head- Smart Mobility----------> AGM -Smart Mobility-------> AM-Smart Mobility
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project Execution:
- To explore, study and evaluate various technical aspects across platform
- Post award of Contract Planning, Erection & Commissioning of Chargers, including site coordination, resolution of issues, inspection of material, documentation etc.
O&M:
- Post completion of project operation and maintenance of Chargers, mainly includes
- Daily Operations Monitoring including Charger safety
- Charging station Management System Operation
- Customer Management (24X7 support)
- Standardize and Establish SOP, Documentation process, Spare management, Maintenance
- Data monitoring and MIS generation
- Spares Management
- Trouble shooting
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Partners Manufacturing/Technology/Service Operators
End Users / Service provider & DISCOMs
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Contracts & Procurement, Legal , Finance Team, Taxation Team etc
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
