Job Description
To handle After Sales and service function of Power Transformer at the plant.
To Ensure that the after sales services such as erection & commissioning assistance, customer issues closure, supply of material are done promptly to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations. Maintain co-ordination with internal functions such as production, materials, finance etc. and regional service & marketing teams.
To Develop the team technically to ensure faster and accurate response for all product service related queries.
To Reduce COPQ cost & customer complaints in association with internal stakeholders.
To Develop dealers & ASC network PAN India and enhance service business.
To Maintain long lasting relationship with customers
