1. To ensure prompt and effective after sales services to customer (Indian Railways) for Traction Electronics Products (Power Converter, Auxiliary Converter, VCU and new products ) including warranty support and Technical support during commissioning of products. 2. To keep a proper record of customer complaints, closure of complaints, customer property and spares, provided for warranty support. 3. To meets divisional target and budget of warranty cost, customer resolution time and customer satisfaction. 4. To ensure Compliance to EHS & Safe working practices at site. 5. Maintain Data of Customer Complaints and Resolution Data at the time of Commissioning and Troubleshooting
