Executive - Lost & Found

JOB PURPOSE

The overall management of Lost & Found property and prohibited articles received at Nagpur International Airport along with its safe custodianship, restoration to the rightful claimant, inventory management and disposal of such items as per Standard Operating Procedures and Regulatory compliances.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

1. 1. Airlines, Ground Handlers, Concessionaires, Service Providers, Passengers etc. ,
   2. CISF, State Police, Immigrations, Intelligence Department, Customs

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

1. 1. All GNIAL Departments viz. , Guest relations, BD, ARFF, TOPS, Customer Facilities, Admin, Airport Operations Control Center, Corporate communications
   2. GADL Teams PMT, TS and IT
   3. 3. Raxa Security Services

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

1. 1. 1. Dealing with multi organizational and cross functional teams
      2. To attend huge volumes of calls for handling Lost & Found articles.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate/post graduate from an Institute / University recognized by UGC / AICTE.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Essential:

A minimum of 03 to 5 years of experience in handling Security at an Airport / Airline.

Desired:

An Aviation Security background with a sound track record.
