Job Description
- Conduct solution selling to residential and commercial projects through influencers such as architects, consultants, and interior designers.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare technical and commercial proposals accordingly.
- Map projects and facilitate order closure.
- Coordinate with internal and external technical and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage the database of architects and interior designers to execute influencer engagement programs effectively.
- Gather extensive market information on technology, trends, and available solutions.
- Conduct market mapping and analyze market information to identify growth possibilities and opportunities.
- Forecast sales for the year or specific periods based on the potential of the area and channel partners.
- Utilize technological tools effectively.
- Develop and maintain a strong network with builders, architects, security consultants, electrical consultants, project management consultants, etc.
- Possess a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Make presentations, generate interest, and convince architects, interior designers, consultants, purchase teams, government agencies, developers, etc., about automation solutions.
- Continuously work on increasing and improving the sales funnel.
