Senior Consultant - HR Service Delivery

Role Summary and purpose

This role primary focus would be towards providing HR services for Gloplax and Gloplax clients setting up or growing their GCC in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for:

• Processing of timely and accurate payroll.
• Provides guidance and support on relevant policies and procedures
• Developing and maintaining competitive pay and benefit schemes to attract and retain top level employees.
• Creating and implementing fair and competitive employee pay and benefits programs
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, data collection, and maintenance of team member details from Joining to exit.
• Responsible for ensuring that statutory HR related deductions, filings and payments are made accurately ahead of / on time and appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Understand of all regulatory and statutory requirements and keeping abreast of the latest changes in the system.
• Establish mechanisms for collecting feedback from the business team on regular basis.
• Manages service levels, operational metrics and delivery of services efficiently and effectively.
• Conducts Onboarding / Induction of new hires.
• Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HRSD activities align with the fast-paced and evolving business demands.
• Focuses on providing a pleasant team member experience.
• Improves existing activities, processes, and developing innovative ways for enhancing services delivery experience.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

Education and Experience

• Strong experience in HR service delivery within a global, multi-site organization, demonstrating a strong understanding of diverse HR needs and challenges.
• Proven expertise in HR data management, including experience with payroll systems, HRIS implementation, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Experience working in a matrix reporting structure, with the ability to effectively manage multiple reporting lines and priorities.

Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate and comprehend.
• Strong understanding of talent management processes and experience working on payroll processing software such as Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, ZOHO etc.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to work in a "startup" environment, comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
