Job Description.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in all phases of SAP SD & Logistics projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Partner Determination.

- Configure and customize SAP Logistics modules, including Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Transportation Management (TM), and Delivery Processing.

- Integrate SAP SD and Logistics modules with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP) and third-party systems.

- Design and implement order-to-cash processes in SAP.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD and Logistics modules.

- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user queries.

- Perform system upgrades and enhancements.

- Conduct system testing and data migrations.

- Identify and implement process improvements within the sales, distribution, and logistics areas.

- Advise clients on best practices in sales, distribution, and logistics management.

- Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to end-users.

- Conduct workshops and interviews with business users to gather and document requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare functional specifications and design documents.
