Senior Python Developer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (3-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong foundation in AI/ML to join our growing engineering team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI/ML-powered solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust and scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality Python code for machine learning models and applications.

- Work with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others.

- Implement machine learning algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs for integrating machine learning models into applications.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-ready solutions.

- Contribute to the development of best practices for data science and machine learning engineering.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and research.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Strong understanding of core Python concepts and libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and API design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
