Role & responsibilities
-Maintaining the sales master tracker.
-KPI (Occupancy, utilization, APR and CDR)
-Live call barging and auditing the calls of BQ advisor and giving them feedback to improve their performance.
-Contactibility
-Dialer (Churn, pacing, dialer types)
Preferred candidate profile
1) Minimum 2 years of experience into BPO/call centre.
2) Must have experience of 1 year as a Team Leader in hardcore sales process.
3) Good communication required.
4) Immediate joiner would be preferred.
Location - Sector 18 , Gurgaon (Haryana)
Working days -6
Day shift - 10 AM -7PM
