Test Automation Engineer, Sr Level

Your key responsibilities

• As a Data Test Engineer / ETL Tester, you will be responsible for validating data sources,
• extracting data applications of transformation logic and uploading data in target tables. You
• will be responsible for designing, testing, and troubleshooting the client's data storage
• system before it goes live
• Strong ETL Testing experience for ETL/Power Bi project.
• Hands-on experience of all ETL testing (functional testing, SIT, and UAT support) should able
• to implement best practices and testing standards as per industry best practices.
• Sound Experience of Backend testing using Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, ADF,
• ADB)/AWS/GCP technologies and data visualization tool.
• Ensure zero regression issues and reduce customer bugs.
• Building upon domain knowledge and technical/proprietary skills to reach levels of
• expertise.
• Having a logical approach to problem solving and could respond to detailed queries.
• Function as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution
• responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of Testing & Engineering principles, methodologies, tools
• Drive and Run onboarding application projects as per the timelines.
• Should be open to venture himself/herself into learning new products as per the business
• needs.
• Strong attitude towards teamwork, knowledge sharing and documentation.

• QA experience with good command in writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience of all ETL testing
• Ability and eagerness to learn and explore new topics independently
• Sound Experience of Backend testing using Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, ADF,
• ADB)/AWS/GCP technologies and data visualization tool.
• Ability to work with the team in the design and development aspects of the product.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong desire to work in high performing team.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Upto 5 years of experience in ETL TestingIdeally, youll also have (It is Nice to have)
• Hands on experience on Azure cloud, Azure DevOps
• Source control Management (git)
• Knowledge of ARM Templates
• Must have hands-on experience Azure DevOps, CI-CD pipeline, Docker, Containerization etc
• Ansible
• Relevant experience in either an internal or external software or platform engineering role,
• or similar
• Hands on experience in Scripting (PowerShell or Python) (edited)
