Location: Pune ( Hinjewadi/ Magarpatta), Hyderabad,Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Indore.

Years of experience: 14- 23 Years

Primary Technical Skills: Salesforce, Vlocity, Financial Services Cloud, CLM and Document Generation, Industries CPQ (EPC), Industries Order Management, OmniStudio, Sales Cloud.

Relevant experience / Minimum qualifications:

• 14+ Years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise salesforce solutions.
• Solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. You must have extensive hands-on knowledge in configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience Financial services industry & Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience with BSS processes in the Banking,Finance,Insurance ,Mortgage & Asset Management industry
• Financial Services Product Modeling, Guided Journeys, Account model design & implementation, Asset Management design & implementation
• Omnistudio knowledge,Integration using Salesforce Core and Industry Cloud
• Data modelling and Financial services plan & Goal implementation,Discovery Framework implementation, Goal & segmentation management implementation
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud is must to have, Experience in Portal ,Data Cloud is Good to have
• Ideally certified as Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
• Extensive experience & knowledge in Financial services , Regulatory process across Geographies
• Solid application architecting background
• Own enterprise-grade products and technical delivery Solutions at the enterprise level.
• Need to work closely with clients or clients w.r.t technology solutions, best practices, timelines, and execution.
• Lead Technical Solution role on multi-products or systems solutions as a key negotiator for the proposed technical solution with the client.
• Technology agnostic is able to select the right technology for the business use-case within the given business requirements/constraints.
• Solution Planning and estimations/planning experience.
• Must have experience in leading a larger team. Ability to hire, lead, mentor, and handle a large team of engineers and architects.
• Extensive experience in solutioning of Enterprise Applications
• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration with Stakeholders, clients, and internal team
• Must have exposure to work on proposals, RFP/RFIs.
• Creating multi-driven roadmaps for the projects
• Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
