We seek a SAP SuccessFactor - EC & Time-Off module who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Key Skills -

• Must be certified in EC module
• Must have experience in Implementation or Support or Rollout Projects
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off modules, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and management of time management objects, accrual rules, timesheet, time valuation, and time off calendar jobs.
• Good to have experience in RCM/Onb 2.0 modules.
• Should be proficient in:
• Agile Applications Development
• Deployment
• Integration experience of SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Good Communication in English.

Job Description

• Configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors EC
• Perform as an individual contributor with complete accountability for assigned tasks
• Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of solutions & developments.
• Experience in creating workflows, Business rules as per the business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Drive adoption of best practices/best of breed approach.
• Ensures that technical standards and best practices are followed in his project.
• Assist in creation of process flows, strategic diagrams, and system integration documentation to chart out primary integration processes for master data.
• Responsible for providing recommendations for incremental improvements.
• Experience in Document Generation, Benefits, Custom portlet, Picklist
• Assist to establish best practice guidelines related to security permissions assignment, workflows
• Provide technical and functional expertise for integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party tools and other SAP modules.
• Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules
• Identify ways to gain efficiencies between SuccessFactors and other systems that require SuccessFactors master data.
