Senior Web UI Developer

Team Leadership (70%):

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end developers, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define project requirements, technical roadmaps, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices (code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
• Oversee team performance, identify training needs, and facilitate technical workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Individual Contribution (30%):

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code to build robust React components and front-end solutions.
• Architect and implement scalable front-end applications using React.js, Redux, and related frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues to ensure high performance across various devices and browsers.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, usability, and responsiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest front-end development trends and implement modern practices where applicable.
