Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, the Scrum framework, and experience using Agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO). You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution while promoting Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and help teams stay aligned with Agile principles.
• Act as a servant leader by removing obstacles, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and defining clear user stories.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time.
• Identify and address impediments that may slow down the development process.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment with new Agile techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and train team members on Agile methodologies when needed.
• Work with senior management and stakeholders to provide project updates and risk management insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, or Trello.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive change and foster an Agile mindset within teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with developers, testers, product managers, and executives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) is a plus.
• Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or enterprise-level Agile transformations.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices
