Globant - SAP ABAP Consultant (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultants with expertise in ABAP on HANA to join our team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with SAP ABAP NetWeaver 7.4 or above, along with advanced ABAP programming techniques. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement ABAP solutions on HANA DB to meet business requirements.

- Work on SAP ABAP NetWeaver 7.4 or above, utilizing advanced ABAP programming techniques.

- Develop and optimize OData services for seamless integration.

- Design and implement Smart Forms, Adobe Interactive Forms, RFCs, BADIs, workflows, CDS views, and user exits/enhancements.

- Collaborate on UI5 integration and coding for enhanced user experience.

- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and facilitating project discussions.

- Work closely with onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure seamless coordination and project success.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA and SAP ABAP NetWeaver 7.4 or above.

- Hands-on experience in OData services development and integration.

- Proficiency in Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, RFCs, BADIs, workflows, CDS views, and user exits.

- Experience in SAP UI5 integration and coding.

- Ability to work in global delivery models with onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
