DevOps Support Engineer - Cloud Application Support

We seek a DevOps Support Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Key responsibilities:

A DevOps Engineer with a strong support background is sought to bridge the gap between development and operations, focusing on automating infrastructure management, deployment pipelines, and providing proactive monitoring and troubleshooting support for production systems, requiring a strong understanding of system administration, scripting languages, and experience in resolving complex technical issues while collaborating closely with development teams

• Infrastructure Management:
• Provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Automating server configuration and deployment processes.
• Managing containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development:
• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Integrate automated testing frameworks into the pipeline.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
• Production Support:
• Respond to production incidents and system alerts.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide on-call support for critical systems.
• Monitoring and Logging:
• Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
• Analyze system metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and potential issues.
• Develop custom monitoring dashboards and alerts.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and deployment needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of system status and changes.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience towards DevOps with Support background
• Technical Skills: AWS, AppOps, Application Operations, Azure, AKS, PKS, Cloud Application Support, DevOps
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
