Reports to: Chief Digital Officer (CDO) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Mumbai, India

Job Type: Full-time (On-Site, No Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Head to lead the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure for large-scale manufacturing units, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector. The IT Infrastructure Head will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, management of network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.

2. IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.

3. Network Infrastructure: Coordination for Design, implement, and management of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cybersecurity systems.

4. Cybersecurity: Coordination for implementing robust cybersecurity measures to protect against threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Data Center Management: Coordinating with data center operations team, including server administration, storage, and backup systems.

6. Cloud Services: Evaluate, recommend, and implement cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to support business needs.

7. IT Service Management: Overseeing IT service management best practices (ITIL) to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.

8. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.

9. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage IT infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

10. Compliance and Governance: Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3. Industry Experience: Experience in managing IT infrastructure for large-scale manufacturing units, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.

4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network protocols, cybersecurity, data center management, and cloud services.

5. Certifications: ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications preferred.

6. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide IT teams.

7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
