Associate Consultant

Requirements

6 to 8 years of experience as a Datadog Admin or similar role
Strong knowledge of Datadog monitoring system and its various modules
Experience in configuring and managing, logging, tracing monitoring tools and systems
Good exposure and experience with advanced observability tools
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system performance monitoring
Hands-on experience in creating custom dashboards, alerts, and reports in Datadog
Maintain, Optimize and Revamp dashboards and alerts to avoid oversight critical errors.
Support Maintenance and Upgrade activities
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Certification in Datadog administration is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Manage and configure the Datadog monitoring system to effectively monitor and analyze the performance of our IT infrastructure
Create and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to track key metrics and ensure system reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues and enhance system performance
