  The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of web technologies, programming languages, and automation tools, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of web automation.

Must have skills -  Javascript, UI Automation, WrbdriverIO and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of automated test scripts for web applications using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify and report bugs, performance issues, and other anomalies.
• Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain and update existing automation frameworks and scripts to adapt to changing application features and functionality.
• Document test cases, procedures, and results in a clear and organized manner.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript
• Experience or coursework in automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
