Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve leading the testing team, implementing automation strategies, and driving continuous improvement in quality engineering processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the testing team in implementing automation strategies.

Drive continuous improvement in quality engineering processes.

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.

Design and execute automated test scripts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation.

Train and mentor junior team members in test automation techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy, Automated Testing, Selenium.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Selenium for web application testing.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Java.

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
