Multiple client are opportunity , for each client you have to face interview of 2 or 3 rounds. you will get practiced .

Dislikes

HR giving more packages to external candidate but for retaining internal candidate they are not doing anything. Micromanagement in few project. They having policy if candidate didn't cleared 2 round of interview they can move out to the candidate.
