Lead and manage a team of associates, ensuring productivity, quality, and performance targets are met consistently.Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines, and SLAs. Drive process improvements and efficiency.Handle day-to-day people management, process optimization, project execution, and performance tracking. Maintain client communication, documentation (project-related), and risk assessments. Provide mentorship and grooming for team members.

Minimum 6+ years of which 2+ years of work experience in managing a team of 50+
Excellent written skills
Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
Must be ready to join immediately

Preferably 3-5 years of experience in managing or leading a team, demonstrating the ability to drive team performance and meet business objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to both internal teams and clients.

Handle a team size of 60+ and manage Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Quality, ETAs/Targets/SLA/TAT/EVALS, Performance assessment/review
People / Process / Project / Performance management, Client communication, Documentation (project related), Risk assessment, Mentor & Groom
Deliver SLA along with excellent reporting metrics
Handle operations, conduct briefings & team meetings for status updates, new product information, policy and procedure change etc.
Monitor associate escalations, coach and provide constructive feedback on performance to individuals on a regular basis. With team members regarding performance parameters, self-appraisal, quarterly appraisal of the team members based on stack ranking
