Delivery Head : BFSI
Location : Pune
- Delivery Leader with experience of managing multiple projects with a total headcount of more than 1000 people distributed across the globe
- Must be from Banking, insurance ,Retail, Manufacturing , ecommerce, Logistic background, and well versed with professional services components like Platform engineering , digital consultancy , cloud engineering , devops, Intelligent automation , quality engineering practice, security operations, legacy modernization
- Must have exposure to various geographies, NA, EMEA and APAC and Australia
- Adept in P&L management- managing profitability, implementing margin elevate levers, driving margin improvements across the portfolio
- Good customer stake holder management skills at the Cxo levels
- Strong interpersonal skills - written / oral communication, customer presentation skills
- Should be able to work closely with Client partner & Sales organization for growing the top line. Experience in doing account mining, working on RFPs, doing proactive pitches to upsell/cross-sell is important
- Should be able to present MBRs / QBRs to CXOs / VPs of the client organization
- Maintaining program/project end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence for Clients Technology.
- Identifying account goals and driving solutions development from design teams to provide cost effective solutions in achieving customer business goals
- Thought leader in IT services delivery with a client centric focus.
- Ability to operate and influence at a Senior Leadership level
- Must be able to work within a matrix organization - balancing the needs of the customer against firm initiatives and goals.
- Right hand for the Sales team for closing new opportunities. Consultative approach understanding client needs and directing the opportunity towards right type of engagement
- Collaboration with the Sales/Pre-Sales team for providing support for closing new opportunities
- Collaboration with Sales/Pre-Sales team for firming existing accounts
- Innovation Programs: Initiatives to foster innovation, such as hackathons, innovation labs,
- Quality Improvement: Programs aimed at reducing defects, improving testing processes, and enhancing product reliability.
- Customer Experience: Initiatives to improve customer support, gather customer feedback, and enhance user experience.
- Process Optimization: Efforts to streamline development processes, improve collaboration, and increase efficiency
Experience:
- 18+ years in IT industry.
- Engineering degree (and MBA degree)
- Deep understanding of Digital transformation, Product engineering services and Platform implementation.
Additional Role Requirements:
- He or she has managed client portfolios upwards of $120-150m & 1000-1200 people. And has the ability to grow this portfolio (organically/inorganically) to $250m+ run rate in next 18-24months.
- Deep familiarity with Digital transformation & product engineering facets to differentiate way work gets delivered
- Technology know-how of modern engineering, cloud and related technologies
- Strong financial acumen & KPI driven execution
- Stakeholder management experience and working with senior stakeholders
