Project Manager - Software Development Projects

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Sangli. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, leading

cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery. You will be responsible for

overseeing all stages of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and

closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company

goals.

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work

environment.

• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to clarify and document project

requirements.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Implement and follow best practices and standards in project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software project management.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
