Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst (Male Candidates Only)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or insights.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process diagrams, flowcharts, and user manuals.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation and rollout.
Provide ongoing support and training to end users as needed.
Need to travel in client location.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirements-gathering techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Trello is a plus.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
