Qualification: BE-Computer Science or equivalent

Experience: 8+ years

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities: Core java, angular, requirement analysis, Team leadership

• Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Drive technical decision-making and promote best practices.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

• Hands on experience as Backend and Frontend Developer

• Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using Core java and Angular

frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.  

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.

• Participate in the development and execution of test cases.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core java and Angular

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

• Experience in requirement analysis and gathering

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Strong team leadership and mentorship skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

• Experience as Full Stack Developer

• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
