HR Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for various job openings by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Post job openings on multiple job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
• Help in shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate with candidates to ensure timely communication and updates on interview schedules.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
• Assist in preparing interview materials, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
• Participate in other HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
