Responsibilities: Assist in shortlisting profiles by analyzing a diverse range of candidate profiles and identifying top talent.

Participate in screening discussions with potential candidates, uncovering the right talent among applicants. Support in scheduling interviews, demonstrating excellent organizational skills to ensure a seamless process for candidates and interviewers. Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, gaining valuable exposure to different facets of HR operations. Collaborate with the HR team to provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.

Requirements. Requirements: Pursuing a degree in BBA, Bcom or any related field. Strong attention to detail and keen eye for spotting top talent. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
