Job Description

. Familiarity with Business Excellence Models like IMC and Quality Management systems such as, ISO, OHSAS, and other non-mandatory and non-regulatory standards. Experience in writing reports, process documents, SOPs will be a definite advantage.

2. Provide guidance and training to the campus leadership and staff on implementing improvement projects based on the above.

3. Able to work on multiple projects and implementations as necessary.

4. Manage and control the entire internal audit cycle, determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans and prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process. Support campuses accordingly. Identify gaps in current processes and recommend risk avoidance measures and cost savings.

1. Accountability for delivery of all key responsibilities, maintaining work logs.

2. Planning and preparation for applicable certification and maintaining recertification. From conducting ISO internal process audits to preparing internal audit reports as per prescribed format.

3. Follow-up on Opportunities for Improvement received in audits and assessments to ensure timely closure.

4. Supporting, preparing & managing the campuses for external audits and assessments.

5. Writing and timely submission of award applications for IMC; APQO and other assessment bodies.

6. Planning, execution & follow up of improvement projects like quality circles for staff & students and ensure benefits of these projects with desired quality, on time, and within budget.

7. Provide training to staff & students in quality tools, quality circles, 5S and other quality initiatives.

8. Collection and submission of monthly data required for MIS & Excellence framework.

9. Preparing monthly reports on excellence initiatives and achievements for submission and publication.

10. Responsible for closure of all assessment and audit findings.
