Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
• Use job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to search for potential candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with them throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 1Years in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles.
• Education: MBA (Preferably in HR or related fields)
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
