Education: Graduate Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (TA)

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments

• Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and internal platforms.

• Candidate Coordination: Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer letters

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 6 months in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles

• Education: MBA (Preferably in HR or related fields)

• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
