Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Canada Tax Professional to join our team in a role that can be tailored to your experience level, either as an Associate, Manager, or Assistant Manager. As a Tax Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their tax matters, including T1, T2, and T3 tax returns, Caseware utilization, and the preparation and review of Notice of Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Return Preparation: Prepare, review, and file T1, T2, and T3 tax returns accurately, adhering to relevant tax laws and regulations.

Year end file closure and NTR Experience.

Notice of Assessment: Prepare and review Notice of Assessment documents for clients.

Client Consultation: Provide guidance and support to clients on tax-related matters and respond to their inquiries.

Tax Compliance: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks for clients.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (for Associate role), and professional tax qualifications for Manager and Assistant Manager roles.
• Experience: 3-10 Years
• T1, T2, T3 Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing T1, T2, and T3 tax returns.
• Notice of Assessment: Experience in preparing and reviewing Notice of Assessment documents.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tax return preparation.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
