As a Store Manager / Supervisor, you will manage site s material inventory.

Your responsibilities will include quantity estimation, timely availability, storage and usage of construction materials, equipment, and resources on-site, ensuring timely and efficient utilization.

Maintain accurate records using the company s ERP software.

Skills Required:

As Accounts Executive, you will maintain accounts related to site operations covering stocks, contractor billing, site expenses, payments and purchases.

Maintain accurate records in Tally / ERP software.

Having the knowledge of ERP software .

Having the 5-8 Years Of experience in Store /SCM/Procurement in CIVIL department.

Having the good communication,Excel Knowledge .

Having the Graduate Or B.

tech degree .

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Project Manager to make site resources requirement - materials, Material, Shuttering, Safety Items, Office Items etc

Collaborate with HO and project team to ensure timely availability of materials.

Cross Check and verify the Quantity received and other details and document information.

Coordinate with contractors for timely issue of required material and control of usage and returns,control wastage.

Ensure Proper handling, stacking, storage of material, Waste Material.

Maintain Inventory documents - Stock Register, Receipts, Issues and Gate Passes.

Make / Check entries in ERP software.

Monthly Physical verification, reconciliation of Stock Items.

Decide & Deploy Site Repair & Maintenance Requirement.

Maintain Machinery Maintenance Record.
