Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering . This role requires a strong background in project planning and implementation, civil engineering expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Skills Required:
Having the experience in CIVIL Construction about 15-25 Years .
Candidate should have M.Tech/B.tech In civil .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for CHP, Township, and Building construction projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Civil Engineering Expertise:
- Provide technical leadership in civil engineering aspects, including structural design, foundation, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all civil engineering activities.
- Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.Construction Management
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract administration.
- Monitor and control project costs and resource allocation.
- Safety and Environmental Compliance:
- Promote and enforce safety practices and environmental compliance on construction sites.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all workers follow safety protocols.
- Implement measures to minimize environmental impact during construction.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality construction projects.
