Senior Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle procurement of pharmaceuticals, consumables, and other healthcare products in alignment with organizational needs.
2. Prepare and raise Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time.
3. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
4. Oversee stock levels to ensure sufficient supply while minimizing wastage.
5. Monitor inventory turnover and maintain optimal stock levels in compliance with regulations
6. Review and process indents raised by different departments.
7. Coordinate with suppliers to meet replenishment needs efficiently
8. Maintain accurate records of procurement, purchase orders, and supplier information.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Healthcare Management; additional certifications in procurement are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharmacy procurement, purchase, and inventory management.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, vendor management, and healthcare supply chain.
