Cost Manager (Civil & Interior Fit-out) Post Contract.

Job Description:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works and interior fit-outs during the pre-construction and early design phases.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, including both hard and soft costs.
- Review and analyze project specifications, designs, and documents to produce accurate cost estimations.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction and fit-out phases, ensuring costs remain within the established budget.
- Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices, change orders, and variations.
- Conduct regular cost reporting, including budget forecasts, cost-to-complete analysis, and reconciliation reports.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely cost reports, including forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and update cost-related project documentation, ensuring it is aligned with project milestones and objectives.
- Maintain threats and opportunities schedules.
- Carry out interim valuations for payment for Contractors.
- Manage costs, assess all variations and extra works.
- Analyse and report on any contractual claims.
- Attend site meetings & coordinate with clients.
- Analysis of Rates for all Schedules of items from First Principles.
- Interaction with vendors, contractors, consultants, engineers to get price feedback / inputs from market.
- Cost tracking and Physical measurements of quantities for contractors.
- Apply change control systems to monitor design changes and cost implications.
- Re-measure any section of the works and prepare the final account.
Other Details:
Education - B.E/Diploma Civil.
- Minimum 8 years of experience required.
- Good command over MS Office, AutoCAD programs.
- Self-driven, with good command over written and verbal English / regional language.
- Ability to coordination with Client team / Architects / Consultants / Site based teams.
