Full Stack GenAI Engineer

Own Technical Implementation of Cloud & DevOps Capabilities:

• Implement state-of-the-art cloud and AgentOps technologies and best practices.
• Deploy, and validate GenAI Applications on the cloud-based, aligning with business objectives.
• Embed automated processes (CI/CD).
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective GenAI cloud solutions to meet current and future business needs.
• Influence the architecture and AgentOps frameworks.
• Troubleshoot GenAI cloud application issues, working closely with infrastructure teams and application owners.
• Foster innovation within the team to support a collaborative work environment.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in cloud and AgentOps technologies.
• Work with our cross-functional team to deliver features in an iterative manner.
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Educate the organization both from IT and the business perspectives on Generative AI.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure all GenAI solutions adhere to security best practices and cloud AI standards.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide deep technical expertise in cloud technologies and AgentOps tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues and provide hands-on support.

• Higher degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine learning or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud technologies, Generative AI, and API development.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud services and tools (Azure preferred), including Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI, AI Search, Databricks, Mosaic ML, Genie, Webapps, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, Azure CLI, Azure AI services, App Insights, and Azure OpenAI.
• Good software engineering background, (developing application, API, frontend integration, security best practices, experience with fastAPI, Asyncio is a plus).
• Strong experience with cloud model deployment and monitoring (CI/CD, Weight&Biases GitHub pipelines is a plus).
• Advanced understanding of security, compliance, and ethical considerations in cloud and AgentOps.

• Demonstrate a combination of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and programming knowledge to be able to quickly deliver features
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills to report back complex findings in a clear, structured manner.

• Relevant certifications in cloud and AgentOps are a plus.
