Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a talented MLOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us build scalable, efficient, and maintainable machine learning solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying machine learning pipelines and applications

You will be an integral part of the AIML and Decision Sciences Team , which operates within the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Digital Tech division, contributing to its strategic objectives and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing and automating the end-to-end lifecycle of our machine learning models.
This position requires a blend of data engineering, software development, and DevOps skills to ensure our models are production-ready and performing optimally.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the deployment of machine learning models. Ensure models are deployed efficiently and securely.
Support and enhance the existing MLOps platform strategy.
Design and implement scalable infrastructure for data processing and model training using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Partner with data scientists to understand model requirements and integrate them into production environments. Work with software engineers to embed ML models into applications.
Continuously monitor the performance of deployed models. Set up automated systems for detecting and alerting on performance issues or anomalies.
Optimize models for performance and scalability. Implement strategies for model versioning, rollback, and continuous improvement.
Automate repetitive tasks related to model training, testing, and deployment.
Develop tools and scripts to enhance ML workflows.
Experience with edge computing tools and technologies (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson , Triton Inference server, etc.)
Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices and principles.

Required Qualification Skills:

Master s or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Overall 5 to 8 years of experience in IT
Proficient in AI, machine learning techniques, SDLC.
Proficient in Python and at least one of the following frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
Experience with cloud platforms -preferably Azure. containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.), and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Gitlab,etc.).
Experience with data pipelines and tools like Apache Spark and Kafka
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment .

Desired Skills

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Knowledge of machine learning best practices, such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and deployment.
Knowledge of Data engineering is desired.
Knowledge or experience with at least one of the LLMs like OpenAI, LLama, Mistral, Dolly, Gemini, etc. is desired.
